Shannon Beier

Shannon Beier is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of benefit design and administration, compensation and incentives, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development and succession planning.

She has over 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience with a concentration in human resources information systems (HRIS), benefit design/administration, compensation design/administration and process creation/automation/improvement. She has spent most of her career in healthcare, with 12 years specific to Anesthesia.  Shannon received her B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
