Jennifer Causey is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience in anesthesia care. She currently serves as Chief Clinical Officer where she leads national initiatives in clinical strategy, provider development as well as quality improvement across a broad network of anesthesia practices and fosters strong partnerships with hospital leadership.

Prior to her current role, Jennifer served as Division Chief CRNA for HCA Healthcare and Regional Director for MedStream Anesthesia. In those positions, she oversaw clinical operations, staffing, and performance across multiple facilities, driving high standards of care through strong leadership and team collaboration.

Jennifer is deeply committed to patient safety, provider support, and building sustainable systems that promote clinical excellence and well-being. She has recently completed her MBA to further expand her leadership and operational expertise in healthcare.
