David Weiss

Chief Development & Strategy Officer

David brings deep experience in healthcare practice acquisitions to NPH. He was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Pacesetter Health, a private equity-backed multi-site healthcare services business that he grew from startup to $50 million in revenue through 15 practice acquisitions. Prior to Pacesetter Health, David served as Senior Vice President at EyeCare Partners, the largest private equity-backed optometry and ophthalmology consolidation platform, where he led approximately 50 practice acquisitions.

Earlier in his career, David spent eight years as a practicing lawyer and two years as an Analyst at a large investment bank. He received a B.A. cum laude from Yale University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
