MEET OUR TEAM

Becky brings 25 + years of management experience to NPH specifically focused on anesthesia. Becky serves as a key liaison between the anesthesia departments, hospital leadership teams and division leadership to facilitate effective communication and coordination to optimize patient care outcomes and operational efficiency. She is skilled in maximizing patient flow, ensuring the hiring of top talent and administering policies/procedures. 

Prior to joining NPH, Ms. Dagit worked for HCA Healthcare as Assistant Vice President of Anesthesia Operations, CRH Anesthesia as Senior Director of Operations and Envision Physician Services as Regional Practice Director. 

Becky earned a Bachelor of Applied Science – Health Services Administration from St. Petersburg College and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University in Florida. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and Florida Anesthesia Administrators Association.
