MEET OUR TEAM

Julia has been in the healthcare field for 30+ years, the last 20 in the specialty of anesthesia. She has had multiple job roles within RCM, affording her the opportunity to gain knowledge in all facets of RCM production. She has advanced through roles such as Account Representative, AR Team Lead, CBO Process Analyst, Training and Development Manager, AR Manager and is now assuming the role of Director, Training/Implementation/ QA.
She takes great pride and enjoyment working alongside the NPH team and feels ready for her new role. Julia is passionate, inquisitive, and open to the continual learning of new ideas to help catapult our team into the “Best in Class” category at NPH.
